Buyer reviewThis is my second time using Matt's services last time as the seller and this time as the buyer. I cannot say enough about what a great experience it was to have Matt Elstad as my agent. The market was still very competitive and there were 4 offers on our condo in 2 days. Matt did everything possible to make sure we came out on the top and got our home. He was very communicative with us the whole time letting us know how the process was going so we felt at ease. Everything went extremely smoothly and we were able to close quickly and get in our new home before the end of the lease on our apartment. Thank you Matt for everything!

Now I can speak from my own experience. Jake is a consummate professional in the real estate space. He has extensive knowledge of the market, the skill to negotiate favorable terms for his clients, and makes himself readily available to answer questions. The morning of offers being reviewed, Jake guided us through making multiple small tweaks to our purchase offer to be sure we secured our dream home. Seller reviewWe contacted Jake s few years ago wanting to find property and build a house. After looking for over a year, we decided to look for an existing house. Jake listened to all our requirements and was able to help us find our dream home in Oconomowoc! When selling, we had an issue with the septic system that needed to be addressed. The negotiations with the buyers were a little strained at times. Jake was patient and persistent in dealing with the buyers and their realtor. He was a perfect mediator. We would highly recommend him to any of our family and friends, and we have!
