She was very patient with us, which was important because this was our first home. Any and all questions I had were quickly answered. Jeanne called me several times to make sure the process was going smoothly which I thought to be very considerate. The whole team walked me through the entire process from the offer all the way through the final signature at the close. I was very pleased and if/when the time arises to buy/sell again, I know I will be using them!
