Seller reviewThey responded quickly to the inquiry about selling our house. We emailed them after hours and had a response that evening or the next day. The other realty companies did not even respond. Jeanne Sommer really stepped up to the plate. We had some issues with our closing being delayed. We were relocating and the sale of our house had to come first. The issue we had was not her fault but she was critical to the getting things back on track. Thank you Jeanne Sommer and to your entire team. We appreciate the help! Pam, Laurie, and Jen did a great job calming fears, listening and being patient with us.

Seller reviewLet me just say my only complaint is actually a blessing-THEY SOLD MY HOUSE TOO FAST!!!! Seriously though, Jeanne Sommer's Alliance Team is fantastic. Michelle came out and spoke to us about listing options. She was upfront and honest about everything. She was very professional and courteous. After the house was listed the rest of the team steps up to help with the sale. Pam called with to help set up all showings, Then, Jennifer stepped in to help with getting everything ready for a smooth closing. I felt that they had my best interests in mind throughout the whole process. And because they have dedicated selling agents and dedicated buying agents you avoid any "conflict of interest" scenarios. I would highly recommend that anyone thinking about listing their house or buying a house consider the Alliance Team. Happy to say they are my real estate agents
