Our house sell fell through due to financing and Josh had it back under contract within a few days which was a huge relief. We've used Josh to buy and sell and he was great with both processes. Josh was very patient and took almost no time at all to determine what we really wanted. He found us a house in under 2 weeks that met all of our criteria. He was knowledgeable about every area we were looking at and for someone that knows that much was also very responsive. I am very happy with the service we received from Josh and have already recommended him to many friends and co-workers.

If we ever had a question, Josh was very quick to respond. This is the second time we have used Josh as our realtor and this experience was better than the first. Both times he had our house sold in under three days. Very impressive! Josh made the purchase and sale so simple for me and my family. Why would you want to go with someone else. Josh went above and beyond any expectations and did so by being friendly and professional. I would absolutely have Josh list our house again and undoubtedly refer him to a friend.

In fact, he is great at making his clients feel almost like family. We couldn't have found a better agent and we are very thankful that we got the chance to work with Josh. In fact, in addition to using him for the sale of our home, we jumped at the chance to use him on our purchase transaction too. We hope we don't have to move again anytime soon, but if we do, Josh is our man!
