Josh and his group were fantastic! We had a fast track sale and Josh was able to get our house listed quickly and at the perfect price. We had multiple offers within a few days and were able to select a solid offer. He was very patient and worked with us through any complications that came up along the way. Josh's enthusiasm and local knowledge proved to be a vital asset. He really does go above and beyond to get the Buyer exactly what they want. Josh Johnson was recommended by some friends of our son who lives in Orem. We moved from Oklahoma and had no experience here with a realty/ realtor. We were not disappointed! We were so pleased with the professional manner Mr. Johnson handled every aspect of our search and ultimate purchase of our home. He listened to my wish list and delivered in every way possible. I consider Josh as part of our family now! He was a delight to work with, to tease, and to follow through with every detail of our concerns and needs. His assistant and processor were extremely helpful whenever we had questions or paperwork to deal with. My compliments to them. Moving can be stressful and at times frustrating, however, your agency (especially Josh) relieved any concerns by being honest and available.

Josh Johnson is a fantastic agent! He is efficient, keeps you well informed, and gets results quickly. Our house sell fell through due to financing and Josh had it back under contract within a few days which was a huge relief. We've used Josh to buy and sell and he was great with both processes. You want Josh Johnson in your corner whether you are buying or selling!
