I have known Josh for several years and knew he would be a great person to represent me in building my house. However, I didn't expect Josh to go above and beyond in be so attentive to my needs and accessible at almost any time of day. Josh made this process (which, from what I hear, can be like pulling teeth) fun and simplified in terms I could easily understand. One thing that is simple, but has been very awesome with showing me he cares is, weekly contact to ensure we are comfortable with the process and didn't have any questions. I would recommend Josh to anyone looking for a home and know he would offer the same excellent service he offered me.

Josh knows his stuff. It was so nice to ask him questions along the way, and to feel confident that I could trust his advice. He also made the process so much fun, which was important to me. I really felt like I was looking for a house with a friend.

Josh and his group were fantastic! We had a fast track sale and Josh was able to get our house listed quickly and at the perfect price. We had multiple offers within a few days and were able to select a solid offer. He was very patient and worked with us through any complications that came up along the way. Josh's enthusiasm and local knowledge proved to be a vital asset. He really does go above and beyond to get the Buyer exactly what they want. The only thing I can say about Josh Johnson is: AWESOME A = Accountable W = Work Ethics E = Enthusiasm S = Smiles (you can't get him to stop. Josh Johnson was recommended by some friends of our son who lives in Orem. We moved from Oklahoma and had no experience here with a realty/ realtor. We were not disappointed! We were so pleased with the professional manner Mr. Johnson handled every aspect of our search and ultimate purchase of our home. He listened to my wish list and delivered in every way possible. I consider Josh as part of our family now! He was a delight to work with, to tease, and to follow through with every detail of our concerns and needs. His assistant and processor were extremely helpful whenever we had questions or paperwork to deal with. My compliments to them. Moving can be stressful and at times frustrating, however, your agency (especially Josh) relieved any concerns by being honest and available.

Josh Johnson is a fantastic agent! He is efficient, keeps you well informed, and gets results quickly. Our house sell fell through due to financing and Josh had it back under contract within a few days which was a huge relief. We've used Josh to buy and sell and he was great with both processes. You want Josh Johnson in your corner whether you are buying or selling!
