I really can't say enough about him I am not the type of person to mark someone as excellent in all categories if they did not truly earn it, and he more then earned this rating! Tyson has been exceptional every time he has assisted us with purchasing or selling our home. I absolutely look forward to working with him more in the future when I am ready to purchase again. He made sure we got the most we could for our house without pushing the buyer too far to want to back out. This was a great experience. Tyson is very easy to call up and chat with about any aspect of the process. He never made us feel like we were wasting his time or like we were out of line when we asked questions. Overall we had a great experience working with Tyson and would recommend him to anyone who is in need of guidance when purchasing or selling their home.

Lance was patient in our buying process and paid close attention to our wants/needs in finding a new home. He helped us understand necessary tradeoffs and helped prioritize our wants/needs to find the right home. He also was our selling agent and was great at matching our timelines we needed and preparing us for our sell. I would recommend Lance for multiple reasons but what stands out the most is how he listens to his customers, knowledgeable of the market, area and process. If you are selling or buying a home Lance is helpful in educating and taking care of all the little things that make a stressful situation seamless. He is great at making sure your needs are met while maintaining a great relationships with the other side of the purchase with the buyer/seller and agent. It was a pleasure to have Lance work with us in finding our new home and would highly recommend him to others regardless of what stage of the buying process you are in.
