Buyer reviewLance was patient in our buying process and paid close attention to our wants/needs in finding a new home. He helped us understand necessary tradeoffs and helped prioritize our wants/needs to find the right home. He also was our selling agent and was great at matching our timelines we needed and preparing us for our sell. I would recommend Lance for multiple reasons but what stands out the most is how he listens to his customers, knowledgeable of the market, area and process. If you are selling or buying a home Lance is helpful in educating and taking care of all the little things that make a stressful situation seamless. He is great at making sure your needs are met while maintaining a great relationships with the other side of the purchase with the buyer/seller and agent. It was a pleasure to have Lance work with us in finding our new home and would highly recommend him to others regardless of what stage of the buying process you are in.
