Anytime we had questions or concerns he worked extremely hard to accommodate our needs! One of the best things he did is he understood our need to not make the sale affect our family life so he helped schedule showings 24hrs in advance which gave us time to prep the house. After the sale of the house he even brought a great gift and our mail. He will get the job done and does it with a smile!

Tyson reached out to us, as did many, many, many realtors. He seemed more genuine than others, he was local (which was important because we moved an hour away and needed someone that could easily run over to the house). We decided to list with Tyson after reaching out to a mutual connection who had positive feedback. Tyson responded quickly to any questions we had and took care of everything we needed him to. Josh Johnson is a great guy and an awesome realtor. We had 4 different buyers pull out, all for different reasons, but Josh managed everything so well. He was always upfront and honest with us and kept us in the loop. He never gave up; he kept pushing forward till we found a buyer who really wanted our house. He was very knowledgeable and was always happy to answer our questions. I would definitely recommend him.

Tyson's hard work and attention to detail on our behalf was a breath of fresh air. We would not have been able to do the home buying process without him. He had answers to all of our questions and if he wasn't quite sure, he made sure to find the answer.
