Seller reviewWe had previously met Kay Denardo when we purchased our first home. She was the selling agent for that home. She's very approachable and easy to talk to and I think is a good listener. She wants to know what you're trying to accomplish. I think she also has great rapport in the local area with prospective buyers and other realtors. She worked very well and was always easy to get a hold of with questions/concerns. We had some buyers back out of the sale last minute and we had to start over which was frustrating. She stayed very calm, got it re-listed, and we had accepted an offer within a week of the other buyers falling through. I would recommend Kay Denardo to friends or family and use her services again if necessary. We appreciate your hard work Kay and Kendra!
