Seller reviewWhen we were working with Kay and Kendra, we felt like we were part of their family. We were cared for and they went to bat for us when it was time to negotiate offers. We absolutely loved our experience with them. A business can continue to make money no matter what but I feel that employees are what can make or break a company. Century 21 has a great reputation and it should as the people that work for them are just as amazing as the company. We were communicated with through the entire process and that was important to us. Our needs and questions meant something to the Kay and Kendra duo. I couldn't recommend a better team to purchase or list with.

Buyer reviewWe wouldn't have found our home without Kay! We moved to the area from South Carolina with no knowledge of Saginaw and it's layout/neighborhoods. We also were moving on a short time schedule and needed to find a home fast due to having little ones. Kay was extremely knowledgeable of the area(s) that would be best suited for our family. She took the time to be patient with us and help us negotiate deal(s) that inevitably lead to our home purchase. I will most definitely use Kay in the future for any of our needs and strongly recommend Kay and her team to anyone searching for a home in the Saginaw area.
