She has a keen understanding of each neighborhood (housing styles, strength of schools, and commuting options) and is a first-rate negotiator (bidding at the right price and securing favorable terms, while maintaining a positive relationship with the other side). After we secured our contract and had a home inspection, Kate firmly stood up for our concerns and confirmed with the other realtor they would be taken care of on time in a professional manner. Closing was free of surprises and a breeze. Our interests and satisfaction were always the top priority and we recommend Kate wholeheartedly!
