Buyer reviewI had a very short timeline to find a home and asked that I receive a little more attention than normal with quick responses so that we could close before I permanently arrived and wasn't homeless. I got what I was promised with Kate Christofides/Century 21 New Millennium. Mrs. Christofides was well rounded and well connected. Without hesitation, she contacted independent subject matter experts on home inspection issues, who then directly communicated with me. She did this without request and at no cost to me. She was always available and responded quickly to my needs and was understanding of the uniqueness of my situation. I couldn't have asked for a better real estate agent. Kate was on top of things, sometimes dealing with issues on my behalf when I wasn't available. To say that she went above and beyond is an understatement. From dealing with negotiations, to making ad hoc phone calls for me when I had questions, and sitting next to me at closing to ensure everything looked good. Kate not only helped to mitigate potential issues, but also alleviated a lot of the stress that comes with buying a new home in an unfamiliar location.
