Seller reviewFew phone interviews to discuss needs and intent; Kate was very patient and engaging. Met in person with my wife. We called the next day to let her know she was selected as our selling agent. Best experience with a real estate professional in 30 years of buying and selling homes. Kate was truly wonderful. After 30 years of military moves, my wife and I can seem to be pretty picky or very detail oriented. Kate anticipated all of our questions and needs without being pushy- she always went at our pace and kept us informed of significant events.

I lived across state lines in Texas and needed a real estate agent that was very knowledgeable about the area schools, neighborhoods, and Kate was my eyes when I couldn't be there. She negotiated the terms with excellence, and got us the house that we love. We are really appreciative for all that she did and she took care of every single detail from beginning to end with excellent communication. Again this was so vital since I could not be there until the last final day of closing. We will definitely be using her again.

We visited approximately 30 homes and probably researched over twice that many online, and she was patient and attentive throughout, leveraging her market knowledge to refine our search criteria and letting us know what features were most likely to meet our needs. She also was a creative and fearless advocate on our behalf when we got to contract/inspection negotiations. One of the best we've worked with in 30 years of home-buying.
