Seller reviewKate did a wonderful job selling our home! I was worried we would have difficulty selling our property and would have to pay two mortgages for several months. Thanks to Kate's hard work, our home was only on the market for less than a week!

We visited approximately 30 homes and probably researched over twice that many online, and she was patient and attentive throughout, leveraging her market knowledge to refine our search criteria and letting us know what features were most likely to meet our needs. She also was a creative and fearless advocate on our behalf when we got to contract/inspection negotiations. One of the best we've worked with in 30 years of home-buying.

She handled everything so quickly for us to make sure closing happened on time and even got our closing moved up at the last minute for us because we got to town early! Kate is amazing!
