Kate was Awesome

Kate was an invaluable teammate during our home buying experience. As a military family with kids there are two big concerns during every move; that is balancing quality childcare/schools and finding the right place to call home within our price-point. Kate's knowledge of the local communities were very helpful. I flew out to the D.C. area to look for home and she showed coordinated for several showings (>15) on Saturday so I could fly out on Sunday. Kate was very organized and provided personal attention to help us find the right home without any added pressure. After finding the right home, Kate was instrumental in keeping us informed on issues, documentation and the timing of the multiple service inspections and vendor repairs for an track closing. Kate's experience, energetic charm, no nonsense negotiating skills and quality communication skills were also extremely useful since much of the process was conducted from several states away. Kate was the right fit for our home buying experience and we would highly recommend her to anyone especially our inbound military friends and family.
