She isn't just a realtor, she is my advisor, my proponent, and walking encyclopedia of Real estate. She points me to the right direction for all the questions I have, and I have a lot of it! She is very patient and sensitive to my needs yet feisty when my interests are on the line. She negotiated me a very good deal partly attributed by her excellent ability to build rapport very quickly with the seller.

Seller reviewFew phone interviews to discuss needs and intent; Kate was very patient and engaging. Met in person with my wife. We called the next day to let her know she was selected as our selling agent. Best experience with a real estate professional in 30 years of buying and selling homes. Kate was truly wonderful. After 30 years of military moves, my wife and I can seem to be pretty picky or very detail oriented. Kate anticipated all of our questions and needs without being pushy- she always went at our pace and kept us informed of significant events.

I lived across state lines in Texas and needed a real estate agent that was very knowledgeable about the area schools, neighborhoods, and Kate was my eyes when I couldn't be there. She negotiated the terms with excellence, and got us the house that we love. We are really appreciative for all that she did and she took care of every single detail from beginning to end with excellent communication. Again this was so vital since I could not be there until the last final day of closing. We will definitely be using her again.
