Buyer reviewI've known Kate since 2002. She's been one of a handful dear friends of mine. Of those friends, I'd say very few of them I'd trust with my life. One of them-just one-I'd trust with finding, securing, and brokering my house. Just to be clear, I'm talking about Kate! In all seriousness, I went into this transaction about as dumb as one can be. I placed all trust in Kate's judgement for all aspects, from knowing exactly what areas we wanted to look for (i.e. listening to our needs) to how to craft the very best offer and through the entire process. She's even going to help me move! (She doesn't know that yet... and don't count on that for you!) In another way to put it, the first offer we put on a house-in one of the most competitive areas in the DC area-we won. This was because of Kate.

Being a long-distance client, Kate assisted us in finding our home after our first offer fell through. She toured four additional houses for us and walked us through the inspection via video chat. We were able to close on a house in less than a month largely due to Kate - she didn't let a single thing slip through the cracks. We would definitely recommend her, and will use her again for future transactions.

She is excellent at communication, ensuring all our questions and concerns were dealt with in a prompt manner. We have absolutely no negative feedback regarding our experience with her - our home buying experience was A+ from start to finish!

Not only was Kate extremely responsive, accommodating, and knowledgeable, she was able to find me a home in a matter of weeks allowing me to close escrow by the time my lease ended. She was a joy to work with and very experienced about the whole process. She was able to explain everything in a way that put my mind, as first time home buyers, at ease. She was always available, day or night, and really went above and beyond in terms of helping me each step of the way. I would definitely recommend her!
