Not only was Kate extremely responsive, accommodating, and knowledgeable, she was able to find me a home in a matter of weeks allowing me to close escrow by the time my lease ended. She was a joy to work with and very experienced about the whole process. She was able to explain everything in a way that put my mind, as first time home buyers, at ease. She was always available, day or night, and really went above and beyond in terms of helping me each step of the way. I would definitely recommend her!

She was extremely personable and understood the important factors for our family. She knew what to ask and proved she was experienced which was important. Seller reviewWorth stating over again (x3) -- Kate is/was simply phenomenal in all aspects of our sale -- professional, knowledgeable, quick to reply and answer questions, and on and on I could go. It's also worth noting she's one heck of a negotiator and always, always had our best interests in mind. More importantly, she's one of the nicest persons around. Buyer reviewKate was an invaluable teammate during our home buying experience. As a military family with kids there are two big concerns during every move; that is balancing quality childcare/schools and finding the right place to call home within our price-point. Kate's knowledge of the local communities were very helpful. I flew out to the D.C. area to look for home and she showed coordinated for several showings (>15) on Saturday so I could fly out on Sunday. Kate was very organized and provided personal attention to help us find the right home without any added pressure. After finding the right home, Kate was instrumental in keeping us informed on issues, documentation and the timing of the multiple service inspections and vendor repairs for an track closing. Kate's experience, energetic charm, no nonsense negotiating skills and quality communication skills were also extremely useful since much of the process was conducted from several states away. Kate was the right fit for our home buying experience and we would highly recommend her to anyone especially our inbound military friends and family.
