Seller reviewMs. Kate Christofides is a real estate professional with demonstrated sound, honest, realistic, and transparent business practices, whose personable style makes clients feel comfortable that the sale is being handled by someone who knows the market and has their best interests at heart. You're not just a "number" with Kate and her business associates; you're treated with the honesty, caring, and respect generally accorded to a family member. She and her associates stayed with us on this sale through 4000 miles and 4 time zones of separation, yet we felt there was never any lack of communication or being kept up to date. This included conducting video teleconferences and phone calls with us on her family's time on the East Coast to compensate for the time difference at our location, as well as quick replies and updates via e-mail and text. Bottom line: a dedicated, knowledgeable, and completely trustworthy professional.

Buyer reviewThis was my first home buying experience. I didn't know what to look for in an agent and relied on a recommendation from a friend. I am happy that I did because Kate was very knowledgeable. Kate was extremely nice and patient with me because I did not know what I wanted in a home. She took the time to make sure I understood the numbers and what I could afford. This helped me understand my financial limits and greatly reduced my stress level and put me on the right track. Further, she paid attention to detail and would point out defects in a home or surrounding that I failed to notice. Lastly, she was extremely patient. I initially thought I knew what I wanted in a home until I started the home buying process. She had the patience to take me to see several homes, even homes that she knew I had no intention of buying.

Buyer reviewMy life would be a lot more stressful without Kate Christofides. If you're looking for someone who is textbook professional, approachable, and knows her stuff, you should go with Kate. I've dealt with two other realtors in the past, and neither is even comparable to the job that Kate does. She is competitive on your behalf, available for communication and questions, and responsive to your individual concerns and needs. Without her, we would have not gotten a home, and would have been burned out looking for a house! I'm taking the time to write this just because I want other people to know you can stop looking for a realtor: Kate will get the job done, and she will exceed your expectations.
