Seller reviewOur daughter had recommended Kate as an outstanding realtor that had represented her in the purchase of her first home. we used Kate base on the recommendation and Kate did not let us down, the sale of this home was the best experience we have had compare to a previous home we had sold and the realtor was not on top on every step of the process. Kate took on the HOA and the issues were corrected. from the offer to closing was less than a month. thanks Kate!

We saw every house that interested us in just one weekend. The house Kate instinctually felt would be best for us ended up being our favorite and the sellers accepted our offer right away.
