Buyer reviewWe needed someone who was the top of their profession, decisive, assertive, a closer, and a Christian. We wanted someone who is ethnical, trustworthy, and honorable with us and others. Kate embodied this. Kate is a veteran and a leader. We had a different realtor from a different company first, in a very challenging market, while buying remotely, had four offers fail and lost confidence in them and terminated. A friend put me in contact with Kate and there was an immediate, palatable recognition that we were now dealing with a super professional. Kate articulated a depth of knowledge, was very personable and kind, understood our needs/desires and the complexity of the market. Undoubtedly Kate made the difference in our home ownership.
