Buyer reviewKirk was recommended to me by a friend who had went through Kirk to buy his home. He came highly recommended, and I remembered Kirk from working with him years ago selling timeshare. I always though he was an honest salesperson who cared for the needs of his customers. It was a no-brainer choosing Kirk as my realtor. Kirk was very accommodating when it came to showing me properties, and was even took time to show a property to a friend of mine when I was out of town and unable to be there myself. He would respond almost immediately any time I reached out to him, had great recommendations for inspectors and electricians, and made my home-buying process very painless. Kirk is a very genuine and trustworthy person. He was able to find me exactly what I was looking for in a very short period of time. I was using the VA loan for this purchase, which I've heard horror stories of how difficult that could be, but Kirk made everything simple for me with my first time home purchase. I will definitely be contacting Kirk for my next home purchase.
