Buyer reviewI wasn't looking for this broker or any broker specifically. I was having issues with communication with another potential agent and Lindsay stepped when I asked for an agent in the area and has always communicated well. I chose Lindsay because she was the first to respond, and glad I did, the broker was just part of the package but I have nothing negative say about them as a whole. Lindsay went above and beyond helping with lender issues/ non-communication. She kept me informed and she gave me advise along the way on who to reach out to etc. Whenever I asked for something she came back with the answer within minutes or hours (unless further advise was needed). I never felt ignored or that I was asking too much. She always seemed available. She stood by us in every decision we made and there was some tough ones. I felt confident in her knowledge as a whole during the purchasing process which helped ease my stress in some other unrelated problems we encountered.

Seller reviewAfter having a somewhat spontaneous offer accepted on our new home, we knew that selling our previous home was going to take work. We had never sold a home before and while the process seemed arduous, Lori made it easy. From prepping to staging to showing, she was with us every step of the way. Lori helped us sell our house quickly, and above asking price. When it comes to Real Estate, Lori knows what she is doing and we were glad to have her on our side!

After my offer was accepted, Lori helped me long-distance with the inspection and final closing details, turning what I feared would be a terrible ordeal into an easy transaction. Even after closing Lori continued to provide assistance above and beyond the call of duty. Lori and I easily established a rapport and she understood my needs and preferences. She was able to hone in on the properties I would like, so my limited time here wouldn't be wasted. Consequently we found the perfect place! She almost always answered the phone right away and when unable to answer at that moment, called me back promptly. She was friendly, professional, and respectful. Overall, I couldn't ask for more.
