Buyer reviewLori helped me purchase my first house. Then helped me sell that house. Then helped me buy my second house. That shows you how good she is! I wouldn't trust anyone else but Lori when it comes to buying/selling a house! I was very worried about selling my house. Lori went above and beyond to help me prepare my house for the selling process by telling me how to make my house look larger and how to make the house look more appealing to the buyers eyes! I highly recommend Lori with all her experience!

Seller reviewI couldn't believe she volunteered her time to help me clean the baseboards and color over cabinet scratches, etc., to make the house show better. She also arranged to have much of my house repainted and charged me for only the paint. (The touch up work I had done earlier didn't really look that good.) I had never heard of a realtor doing these things. The staging she brought in to give my house a "wow" factor (her phrase) was terrific and I'm sure very helpful. The way she was able to get the ultimate buyer to raise his offer due to the existence of a competing offer was outstanding.
