Buyer reviewAs first time home buyers, we were hesitant about who we might choose to work with in looking for our house. Luckily, we met Lori at a showing early in the process. She took lots of her own personal time to make sure that we understood every step of the process. Lori was incredibly helpful and prompt throughout our search for the perfect house. She set up plenty of showings and again helped us understand what our best options were when we considered what we really wanted in a house.

There were some moments of anxiety along the way and Lindsay was excellent at alleviating our concerns; the process was made easier knowing we were in good hands with her! My dad, who also works for Century 21 but was unable to help us due to his license status as "referral", recommended her as "the best agent"... and she did not disappoint. This was our first home purchase, so we had a lot of questions and wanted a lot of things explained to us. Lori took the time to help us understand everything and guided us through the process seamlessly. She made us feel like we could call/text her at any time, and made us feel like she was really seeking our best interest. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for an agent! Her experience and knowledge of the area was very comforting, and I really felt like she understood what we were looking for - which helped not waste any time. Lori is the best!
