I had a real estate agent already but was not happy with her, thankfully I was referred to Luann and I knew immediately she was going to be amazing. Luann is very knowledgeable, has excellent attention to detail, always available whether if it was for a last minute showing or even just a question or advice. She is on top of everything and doesn't just tell you what you want to hear, she is realistic. I am so grateful I found her and would definitely use her in the future and refer any family/friends to use her.

I cant imagine how I would have purchased this home so seamlessly without Luann. She is so knowledgeable about the area and waterfront properties. When I needed help, she was there, even after the sale! Because she is so familiar with the area, she was able to give me such reliable referrals for vendors also including inspectors, mortgage brokers, electricians, roofers and more! I also chose to use her for a property manager and to find a renter rather than a management company.. she knows the ins and outs of that too!! I wouldn't even dream of ever using anyone else if buying a home in South Jersey. I found her through Zillow.. not knowing anything about the area or the process. I hit the jackpot with Luann Novak!
