When selling our home there was really no other choice in mind for us! LuAnn's extensive knowledge, reputation, and professionalism spoke volumes. From professional pictures, marketing online & in print, negotiations with buyer's agents to get the numbers we wanted, dealing with a difficult & unresponsive buyer's agent once we accepted her clients offer, and getting us to closing unscathed was top notch! I really wouldn't recommend anyone else! She is the best for a reason!
