Seller reviewAfter extensive research for a solid and dependable realtor, I chose Mike Hancocock because he had a lot of positive reviews with many different properties. My timeline was incredibly difficult due to my job and in the six months working with Mike, many dates and events changed often and made the process very difficult. I had to rely on Mike a lot with little personal knowledge for key decisions. Not once did Mike every let me down or was he unable to give me detailed feedback throughout my process. We spoke on our first meet that I wanted good communication and realistic answers/expectations which he always did. I question if other realtors would have been able to adapt and be as professional as Mike was during the selling of my condo. He made a very stressful and difficult process easy to simple for me to manage. I cannot recommend Mike Hancock enough as a realtor and I plan to use him as my realtor when I move back to Utah in a few years to purchase a house.

Buyer reviewMorgan was great. We started to work with her a year prior, but stopped looking for a home when we were given an opportunity from family to save some more money. Once we were ready again, we reached out and she jumped in the chance to help us out again. A week later we looked at our first few homes, then we're able to get under contract and close within the month. Through the whole process Morgan was very communicative and helpful in answering all of our questions. Would definitely use Morgan again!
