My experience with my realtor Mike Hancock was exceptional! Mike went above and beyond every chance he could to make my homebuying experience, in a very tough market, a Pleasant one! He took the time to know and understand my needs, was very knowledgeable about the area and was willing to meet me at a moment notice. As a single female purchasing a home there are lots of considerations to be made when working with a realtor. Mike came highly recommended from another single female purchasing a home. From our first interaction, I felt extremely comfortable with Mike, I had no worries about being alone with him, I didn't feel as though he was going to take advantage of me in anyway, and most importantly that I felt safe! Mike was extremely respectful of my time, getting back to me extremely quickly, always made me laugh and was lighthearted and funny while remaining professional! This made him extremely approachable, friendly and fun to be around! Everyone that I have worked with start to finish has been amazing! Fast and friendly! My overall experience was amazing but I will tell you that Mike made a huge difference between me buying a house and me staying where I was. My situation was very different with specific needs, requirements and limitations. Mike treated me the same as a homebuyer that had $700,000 cash in the bank and was ready to make offer $100,000 over asking price, even though that was not what we were working with! I still felt like a priority, I still felt like I mattered, and I still felt like he was working every day towards making my homebuying dreams come true!

Mike took us to see a lot of open houses, and he did a great job keeping track of what our likes and dislikes were with the different houses we looked at. He never tried to pressure us into a sale - it was all about if the house would meet our needs and if we would be happy there. He was very attentive to any requests from our lender. We had a different agent when we sold our house in Texas recently and Mike was so much better to work with than our other agent. It was such a great experience working with him.

Mike was successfully able to get us the maximum seller credits we were allowed to ask for. With how competitive the market has been, this was a huge win for us. It really helped out a lot to not have to bring as much money to closing.
