Seller reviewFrom the beginning to the end Dana was very attentive. She provided the right information for work to do in our house before we put it up. Once we put it up she had an open house and Dana got a buyer for our house in 2 days at over the asking price. The upgrades Dana told us to do is what got us more than we expected. We are very happy with Dana and Also Fran and Mark.

Buyer reviewDana Conte was super kind and professional in everything she did to help us find our new home. She was helping throughout the entire home searching process and offering genuine help, rather than trying to close the deal as soon as they can, which we noticed in other realtors. Dana was timely communicating our concerns to the seller of the property. She brought up the details such as fixing broker doors, and details related to HVAC system. I am sure that she studied home inspection report better than myself. She also even referred homeowner to the technician in order to fix bedroom door and backdoor. I am grateful for having the chance to work with Dana. Definitely will recommend her to everyone I know. Thank you.
