Unlike many other realtors, Fran couples knowledge of real estate with taking her clients' best interest into consideration. I have dealt with many realtors. Most don't know much or have any insight to offer. Fran and Mark both are extremely knowledgeable regarding every aspect of real estate from start to finish, and have consistently fought for my best interests and gone to bat for me. I will always use them in any future real estate deals.

The reason why i hired Frannie to both sell my home and help me look for a new home was because she is a true professional and understands her profession better than anyone else, I have encountered. What makes her especially successful is her understanding of the entire process. She was very helpful on referring me to a great mortgage company, directing me to a moving company and was very knowledgeable about how to navigate the offer and negotiation process. Her attention to detail to ensure everything got done timely made my home selling and buying experience much simpler and allowed me to feel confident that everything was going to be okay. Stability is important when buying and selling a home and Frannie oozes both professionalism and stability for her clients. She was always prepared and on-time for all appointments. She is also caring and wants to genuinely help her customers. I am grateful to have Frannie as my relator and would absolutely refer anyone to her without hesitation.
