I've heard through friends that Fran is a very professional agent/broker. The sale this house was an estate sale. Dealing the stresses of having my mom pass was enough to deal with alone. She took care of all the paperwork,inspections and miscellaneous items to make this transaction went smooth and comfortable one. To me Real estate transactions can be very stressful and communication is key .Problems can arise becuase so many hands in the pot. When you have a professional person in the real estate world they handle a lot of issues behind the scenes. I have no doubt there were issues that were addressed before it got to me that she handled. I recommend this realtor not just because it sold over asking price with in a week but because it went flawlessly nothing happened unexpectedly and all the questions were answered immediately. She answers her phone or gets back to you in a very timely fashion and a professional manner no matter what time of day. So again I say thanks Fran for making this uncomfortable situation a very pleasant one. Hope to be doing transactions with you in the future.

First time working with Mark Lanzilotti and it was a pleasure. I buy multiple properties a month and dealing with agents that don't understand what I do is sometimes a challenge. Not with Mark. He was very straight forward, understood what I do for a living, and always responded promptly regardless of the issue with the property or Seller delays. I already asked him if he has anything else that fits for what I am looking to buy, and I am looking forward to the next one!

Frances understood what I was looking for and when she sent me anything on the portal, they were all what she felt I would be interested in. She was kind, responsive, great copmmunicator, even explained things to me when I really didn't know what was happening. She knows the business and is very approachable and loves what she does. If I were to ever go into real estates, I would definitely ask her to be my mentor, because my experience with her was phenomenal.
