Matt described for me every detail about the market situation, what needed to be done and his suggestions to have a strong sale Rachel was fantastic, she had a lot of patient replying and explaining any question we had. She always responded right away no matter the time. The whole process was very smooth. I was already out-of-state and Matt and Rachel made the whole process stress free and made me feel safe in every decision. From listing the house, inspections, repairs, etc they were on top of everything. The title team was great as well
