Buyer reviewThis was my first experience buying a home. Matt Freeman was recommended by his mother, a friend on social media. I grew up with Matt and his sister back in the 1900's. I was super pleased with how smoothly the entire process went. From the earnest money, through all the inspections, right down the line to closing, which took all of twelve minutes. Rachel, Matt's teammate, was fabulous as she helped keep the ball rolling to eliminate unnecessary delays. The deal made on the house was grand! Matt described for me every detail about the market situation, what needed to be done and his suggestions to have a strong sale Rachel was fantastic, she had a lot of patient replying and explaining any question we had. She always responded right away no matter the time. The whole process was very smooth. I was already out-of-state and Matt and Rachel made the whole process stress free and made me feel safe in every decision.
