Matt Freeman and team member Rachel Kline did a fantastic job getting our house on the market and SOLD! Matt sit with us prepared us by going over each step of the process. He answered all questions, gave us suggestions on what needed to be done and what not to do to the house. Matt did the research on comps in the area so that we listed at a competitive price. He set up a session with a photographer that did an amazing job showing what our house had to offer, and no doubt helped with the sale. Communication through text was helpful and timely. Our house was only on the market for one day! Matt and Rachel were very helpful guiding us through the contract process and closing. Matt is very outgoing and truly a nice person, I would definitely use him again and highly recommend him to anyone.
