Seller reviewMatt and Kristin are a great team. I am not saying that they wouldn't do just as good a job in another neighborhood, but they are as close to experts as you will find for Firethorne homes. We sold our home for over asking price in 4 days. I don't know what else you could ask for. They were always accessible and available, even to investigate why an inspector showed up without an appointment when we weren't home (the other realtor didn't schedule it). They also helped to facilitate the timely closing of our sale, so that we could fund our purchase with most of our equity. Again, we couldn't have asked for anything more. Thanks Matt and Kristin!
