Seller reviewTyler Morningstar helped me with a lot of things. I felt he genuinely cared about my family and our needs. He communicates well and hadn't left me hanging during the process. Whatever he didn't know at the moment, he found out the answer in a timely manner.

Buyer reviewKerri was amazing to work with. She made herself available to work with my busy schedule and made sure to keep on top of me when something needed to get done or if something was missing. Kerri was very upfront and listened to my needs and concerns. She would scope out homes and go view them for me when I didn't have time or couldn't be in town to see them myself. The entire process was painless and will be using her services again when the next purchase or sell comes about!

I was out of state and Kerri did a great job of finding very competent people to do the work for us. It is clear that Kerri has a good working relationship with members of the construction trades in Fort Wayne. Kerri went out of her way to arrange our end of the closing so it could be done in Florida. I don't think we could have gotten this done without Kerri. I would highly recommend Kerri to anyone who wants to work with a top notch professional.
