Seller reviewMy wife and I were using another realtor prior to finding Kerri. I felt that the other realtor was not giving much of an effort because she is having to split her commission with another realtor. When that contract ended we signed on with Ms. Morningstar. We couldn't have been happier with that decision. Her efforts in helping to sell the house were tremendous. She was personable, friendly, and I feel did more in a few months she worked with us than the other company after a year and a half. We would gladly recommend her for anyone who is needing to buy or sell a house.

It didn't take too long before we found what I absolutely loved. She was a great advocate for me to get the best deal and I would absolutely use her as my agent again

Buyer reviewTyler went way above and beyond. The house I was interested in had a bidding war with multiple bidders the first day it went on the market. I saw the house at 2:30 in the afternoon and by 9 o'clock in the evening, our offer was accepted. After closing, I needed guidance on utilities, movers, etc. He had recommendations for all, continued to follow through, and helped me immensely. He did a lot of legwork on details I couldn't attend to. Great experience! I highly recommend him.

While her involvement began at the contract signing stage, she remained in touch throughout the process and made efforts to support where needed. Kerri was responsive to messages and available for calls when required. She visited the construction site regularly, sharing photos and videos to keep me updated, and attended key walkthroughs. Her communication with the builder helped move things along, and she contributed to a flooring upgrade, which I appreciated. As someone with a long background in real estate, I had a clear understanding of the process and appreciated Kerri's willingness to stay engaged. While there were moments where our approaches differed, I value the effort she put into helping me navigate the transaction and ensuring the home was delivered as expected.
