Seller reviewI want to thank Ron for handling this transaction for me while we were stuck out of state. I realize this was not a million dollar home and huge commission but you handled it like it was just the same. Thank you i know Ron and the entire Murphy Team to be extremely honest and competent. Ron is, Trustworthy and Honest and Knowledgable. Cannot ask for more in an agent. Ron handled the entire deal from start to finish. I had to be out of state during this period which made Ron's job more difficult. He picked up all the loose ends, making numerous trips to the property to take care of the smallest things. Would recommend the Murphy to anyone selling or buying property.

Buyer reviewIf there is a better broker than Jannay in this area, I'd be very surprised! I have worked with Jannay to sell a house and to buy a house. In both transactions, the process was a 10 on a 1-10 scale! I can't imagine ever using anyone else for future real estate transactions. Jannay is always prepared and makes the process of buying or selling a home a positive experience. Jannay has a keen understanding of the market and imparts her knowledge to her clients in a very helpful way. She always responds quickly via email, text, or by phone. Jannay makes her clients feel valued!

I had no concerns during the entire process with Michelle. She has been our family's realtor through six sales/purchases and has always crossed all the "T's" and dotted all the "I's." Michelle is very competent and conscientious. Michelle goes above and beyond the call. She has resources to meet every need, from inspectors to handymen, and was always willing to make the calls and show up to let them in. Her communications are timely and follow-up excellent. I cannot think of one thing Michelle could have done better. Even my neighbors noticed how she went the extra mile.
