She knows the local area well and knew that it was a seller's market. She was also personable and professional... great people skills! She is very organized and planned everything out efficiently. All I needed to think about was getting the house ready. Her advice on how to prepare and stage it, resulted in six offers after the first open house, five of which were at or over asking price! My home sold in 5 days at $10,000 over asking! I couldn't be happier with those results and Jannay.

We planned to purchase a condo, and our relative recommended Michelle Benner who had worked with her on three previous transactions. Since we were in California for only a few days, we especially appreciate Michelle making herself available to us which enabled us to bid on a property and have it accepted before returning home to Texas. Michelle's attention to detail and excellent organizational and follow up skills provided us with confidence throughout the purchase and also allowed our purchase to proceed in a timely manner. These were particularly important since we live out of state, and correspondence and transactions were via internet and phone conversations. She kept us up to date continually. Michelle's handling of our purchase was beyond reproach. She is beyond nice, and her communication skills are excellent. Jannay handled every aspect of the sale of our home in a professional manner. She delivered on all commitments and kept us informed throughout the process. She had many connections that helped us prep our home for sale as well as make repairs needed based on inspections. As it came time to close, Jannay went out of her way to help us tie up lose ends. Our home sale was due to a job relocation. I was out of town and Jannay was a life saver for both me and my wife, even helping us get cable boxes dropped off as we prepared to move. Simply stated, she anticipated our needs and exceeded all of our expectations!
