Buyer reviewRon was always available and very patient with us. We looked in many different areas of town and he was always excellent with local knowledge. Ron has a "Customer First" attitude and he knows how to make the you feel confident in the purchase decision. We had many options presented to us and Ron's local knowledge was a big key to finding the perfect place. Knowledge, Friendly, and Available when we needed him are three important characteristics that Ron possesses. My wife and I highly recommend Ron Murphy!

Seller reviewI interviewed four realtors before choosing Jannay. She is the perfect blend of friendly, but practical and efficient. She stood out from the others right away. I will have no problem recommending her to friends and family. Jannay was willing to take a risk on asking more for my property than other realtors were based on bad comps in the area. She knows the local area well and knew that it was a seller's market. She was also personable and professional... great people skills! She is very organized and planned everything out efficiently. All I needed to think about was getting the house ready. Her advice on how to prepare and stage it, resulted in six offers after the first open house, five of which were at or over asking price! My home sold in 5 days at $10,000 over asking! I couldn't be happier with those results and Jannay.

I have known him for many years and would not even think of using anyone else to sell our two properties in a timely manor. He went above and beyond the call of duty with the sale of the condo. Thank you for that Ron! His entire staff right down to escrow went very smoothly and quick close was much appreciated. Ron was there right through the close of escrow. Taking the stress off of us during the sale of the two properties was worth its weight in gold. Thank you Ron and all that helped us out. Whew its Done!!!!!!
