My overall experience included an insurance claim due to vandalism during the brief period when the property was vacant. I had already relocated to Nevada and Jannay took complete ownership and control of communicating with the insurance company on my behalf as well as making the arrangements for the work that was required to rehabilitate the home. I cannot thank her enough!!!! Through the process of negotiating with the buyer's agent, Jannay represented my best interests thoroughly and diligently. She was able to accomplish my 'bottom line' goal even after the buyer's offer came in well short of my expectations. I was also pleasantly surprised and appreciative that the home sold after being on the market for about 30 days. Jannay is a polished professional.
