I was on the fence regarding selling my duplex...I've got so much going on I really didn't want a long drawn out process. Jannay tactfully stayed in touch with me and notified me that 'duplexes' were her specialty. I'd considered 3 or 4 other realtors...none of them were as knowledgeable as Jannay. I told her that I did not want to frustrate my tenants...I wanted a competitive price but also wanted to sell within 4 - 6 weeks. She did the ALL the coordinating with the tenants, she nailed the price, she had 4 offers on the first day. I would recommend her to any of my friends and associates. Jannay's experience in analyzing several offers to determine which one was the most likely to get through escrow without complications was crucial. The first one she recommended went the distance and sold within 4 weeks! Again, my two main values in this sale was to get as much as I could for my property but I also wanted the whole process to be less than 6 weeks long. These two values are in opposition to each other...they need to be balanced. Jannay did this very well. She will get my future business.

My overall experience included an insurance claim due to vandalism during the brief period when the property was vacant. I had already relocated to Nevada and Jannay took complete ownership and control of communicating with the insurance company on my behalf as well as making the arrangements for the work that was required to rehabilitate the home. I cannot thank her enough!!!! Through the process of negotiating with the buyer's agent, Jannay represented my best interests thoroughly and diligently. She was able to accomplish my 'bottom line' goal even after the buyer's offer came in well short of my expectations. I was also pleasantly surprised and appreciative that the home sold after being on the market for about 30 days. Jannay is a polished professional. I appreciated her efforts as well as the efforts of her support staff at Century 21-The Murphy Team. I would, and will, enthustiastically recommend Jannay to anyone who requires the services of a dedicated and professional realtor.
