We had some challenges in arranging the loan and purchase. Jannay handled the other realtor well and helped to expedite solutions to the problems. Jannay was there right away when any question or problem arose!

Ron started out running. He had pictures and postcards and Internet presentation immediately. I was out of town the entire time and the house had several issues that needed to be resolved before it could be presented. The house was a rental and the last tenant had pets that damaged the carpeting and the shutters. Ron dealt with the workmen that fixed the pet issues and cleaned up the windows and arranged flowers in the planter, and then priced the house at what I thought was probably too high. He held the open house and immediately got an offer. The prospective buyer wanted a new roof installed which seemed a fair offer, so Ron did all the leg work to get bids for the roof and get the authority from a very sluggish and incompetent Hoa association. Ron negotiated a great price for the roof amongst several contractors. There was a lot of effort to get the Hoa to do their jobs. Also during the process there were power issues that caused the pool equipment to malfunction. Ron handled these issues, and I never had to do anything. Ron also was able to send all the documents for the service work and the house sales by email. I never met Ron face to face, but I like him and respect the hard work he did for me to sell this home.
