Jannay Murphy was extremely helpful in helping us get the house ready for sell. She kept in contact with us giving us suggestions as we cleaned and painted. She put us in contact with people that could help with the prep work which made our stress levels lower. After the house was ready ,she jumped at putting the house on the market. She communicates well, she is incredibly personable and is excellent at what she does.
