Buyer reviewTrenton was a very nice guy he took very good care of our needs. He helped me understand what needed to be understood about getting the house. I would recommend him to everyone i come across. He was very patient with us. Trenton was all the above. He was polite and he notified me everytime something had changed with the house process. Everytime i had a question or had issues with Trenton helped me out. He is a great guy and worked VERY hard to get us into this house.

Buyer reviewTim Ray is a great agent who is willing to go "above and beyond" in obtaining needed information to aid a customer in the search for the perfect property. He is very thorough, easy to talk to, and makes us feel very much at ease. He doesn't push or try to get us to "like" something that's not right for us. Because of his experience in local real estate, Tim is always able to provide excellent customer service. Tim has a great "eye" for real estate which allows him to pay great attention to details during the process of making an offer, doing an inspection, planning for closing, or taking that final step of possession of a new property. We asked tons of questions, but he never tired of providing all the answers we needed to put our mind at ease and know everything was in order. Tim is an all-around great guy and can put anyone at ease with his relaxed, no stress personality. He gives Century 21 a good name! If we have real estate needs in the future, Tim will be the one we call on again! Thanks, Tim, for a great real estate experience!

Buyer reviewI have worked with Tim in the past and have gotten to know him well. He is an outstanding agent and great person. He ensures that each client is his priority when he is dealing with them. He works all hours of the day and night to ensure the job is done. These are the reasons why I decided to use Tim not only to purchase land for my family's future home but he also has my current home listed and under contract to sell. I know these answers seem like I just clicked to get through or I am trying to "fluff" Tim's performance but I firmly believe that he is one of the best if not the best realtor in Jonesboro. His local knowledge and expertise is irreplaceable.
