Buyer reviewWhen we first decided to buy a home, Trenton Hoggard sent us weekly emails with the current listings within our price range so we could see what was out there. He also gave us the names of several lending officers at local banks that could get us preapproved for a loan. It was nice that he was able to send us listings via email and text, so that we could view them at our convenience.Trenton was flexible with his schedule, showing us homes during the day, at night, and on the weekends. He was very friendly and took our needs and wants into consideration when showing us homes in various locations. The property we ended up purchasing was taken off the market by the sellers just a few days after we viewed it; Trenton contacted the sellers and was able to get us a contract on the house within a few days.
