Seller reviewFred is very good at many things. His selling style is based in facts, and he knows what to say, and what not to say to prospective buyers. He SELLS the house, rather than SHOWS the house. This is very important to me because selling and showing a house is stressful and time consuming. I have to clean the house both before and after a showing and I do not appreciate agents who just show the house, rather than trying to sell it. Fred is very even tempered and knows how to diffuse difficult situations. He has a delicate way of dealing with conflict. He uses a phrase, "Let's try a different approach" that I like and will adopt myself. It was also very nice of Fred to bring a gift bag from Starbucks for me at closing.
