Seller reviewFred was impressive from the first meeting. He rearranged his schedule to meet with us and I knew right away that I wanted him to sell our house. He was great at sharing what we could do to help our home sell for the best value versus what we shouldn't do and wouldn't get a return on. He was right about everything. A few other agents approached us before we put our house on the market but they weren't as professional and sincere as Fred Nelson so we decided to work with him and were very happy that we did.
