She priced our duplex just right, at a fair value, where it sold quickly, and we were confident we sold it for what it's worth. She worked hard with the various parties to make the transaction as smooth as possible and took care of every detail. We knew she had our best interests in mind. As investors, it was important to have a realtor that understood our needs. We wanted to sell our duplex quickly but list it for what it's worth and get the most out of it. Elyssa understood and created a strategy for selling it.
