When we met with Craig Trimble, he was very helpful in explaining Century 21 Scheetz's role in the sale of our property. He gave us tips that would help market our home. Craig Trimble immediately placed a For Sale sign in our yard and began the process. He noticed many positive characteristics of the home and pointed them out with information placards at the Open House. Craig Trimble is very friendly and easy to talk to -- which helped when we had questions. He is knowledgeable and produced information about our neighborhood market that we were not aware. Fred and his team have been wonderful to work with. Fred was always available and took my non-stop e-mails for showing requests and made sure to show us homes right away. Fred kept things rolling for us once we had decided on a home, even after I was sick and in the hospital for a few days, and even called to check on us. When things were down to the wire with price negotiations he made sure to call or text me constantly with updates. Since I have a particular set of requirements in my real estate search, Fred was happy to let me self-direct my inquiries and research. He was, however, always there to set up a showing and walking through the property with his own eyes, as well as able to get me in contact with experts on more specific cases. Again, since I was executing a particular real estate strategy, Fred's knowledge of the area wasn't as used as in other cases, but I have talked with him extensively, and he has an excellent understanding of the dynamics in various parts of the city. Furthermore, it's the attention to little details that set Fred apart and help make sure that you end up saving hundreds and thousands during the transaction - I know for a fact that through the course of our relationship, he has saved me well over $12,000, and I can't think of a stronger recommendation than "get the agent who will save you money"!
