At first, the thought of buying a home was stressful and overwhelming, as we were placed into unexpected circumstances that caused us to plunge into buying our first home. Patrick kept a positive attitude and made sure that we did not stress the small stuff. He kept in constant communication with us and answered every question that we had in a way that never made us feel any uncertainty about working with him. He stayed honest with us when we were looking for homes. Our budget was small, as a young couple and first time home buyers, which meant we came across a lot of homes that did not make us feel so positive about the situation. Patrick stayed patient with us and continued to help us search until we found one that really met all of our needs and our budget. We are forever grateful for our experience with Patrick.
