Seller reviewFrom the time I noticed her "For Sale" signs around the neighborhood to the quick "Sale Pending" and "Sold" turn around I knew Peggy was the agent for me, Even though I had time I wanted a quick and simple process and It was, She came the same day I called, Had a detailed walk through and very informative Q & A afterwards, She gave me time to clean out the house and prepare for the sale, We had 2 great "Open Houses" in April and an offer was made in just 4 days, The rest is history. Peggy and her associates were courteous, Knowledgeable and made the whole process go smoothly The buyer had given me some time to move myself out of the house and Peggy always kept in touch Via email/text/call. She was there for me during a very difficult time and was so helpful with the sale the process and even helped me when needed with my move.
