This fall me and my husband decided to start looking at houses, we have a one year old and are having another baby in the spring so we needed some more space! We started looking at houses on our own and even tried to put an offer on a house and had no luck. We realized how competitive the market was for buyers and decided to get a realtor involved. We worked with Peggy when we purchased our first home so we knew just who to call. Peggy came right over to familiarize herself with our house again and to listen to our needs for a new home. She got us on the MLS website and we started going to open houses. When we found a house that met our needs we decided to put an offer in. There were a lot of offers but with Peggy's help our offer was accepted! After that we knew that we had to put our house on the market right away. Peggy got pictures of our house taken, put it online and set up an open house right away. Just like that our house sold in less than 2 weeks. Everyone on Peggy's team was awesome to work with and they did an amazing job leading us through the process of buying and selling. We went from accepting the fact that we were going to have to deal with living in a two bedroom with a growing family and no space to moving into a beautiful new home with way more space. All of this in just a few months and just in time for a new addition. We cannot thank Peggy and her team for all of their hard work enough!
