My home was initially placed on the market in June with another Agent and Agency. the home was under agreement days following the scheduled open house. I was shortly faced with many unbelievable truths. One; a home that was purchased by my family when it was initial built and I was raised in the first floor apartment that the city not only taxed for 50+ years as a two family but at the time of the sale insisted my family added an apartment which was the furthest from the truth. Also now requiring newly sold home to obtain a Certificate of Occupancy which was not required when I purchased the home as a 2 family 4 years prior.
